I have mixed feelings about Revinate. Similar to Opera its something most have used in the past and easy to pick up and use. The product roll outs have been clunky and the service has seemingly gotten worse the bigger they have become. We also have an issue for over a year where gmail apparently does not trust our confirmation emails and sends them to the spam folder - not sure if they could actually fix this or not but i don't feel like they have put effort into it. Also their new daily arrivals reports consistently have discrepancies.

What's missing

Better dedicated service, more ease of use on creating campaigns, functioning reporting. Their reputation side is easy to use and pretty robust though their sentiment analysis is terrible and could use an AI upgrade there.
