What's good
Past experience and legacy system that the current staff is used to using. Relatively easy to learn the basics of quickly.
What's missing
Ours is on prem making any integrations a challenge with most things Cloud based. Has limitations based on its age creating certain tasks to be manual that could easily be automated.
