I love your tool. It is the most efficient labor management tool in the business. No spreadsheets. Direct connections to systems that allow for hotels to have real-time labor management tools.
My company, in their effort to fix their systems, have significantly reduced the value of HE to the point that I don’t even use it any longer for anything other than posting a schedule. This is really unfortunate. They have the backend so locked down, a hotel can’t effectively massage the tool (labor standards, position coding) to get the best results. Equally, they are providing NET vs. GROSS revenues in some cases. This significantly impacts labor productivity and cost %’s. Unfortunately, until they comes to the conclusion that they have reconfigured the system for the corporate team and have significantly reduced the value to the field team, I think you will continue to see less adoption.
